Historically, we had less exposure to local clients and mainly focused on assisting foreign companies and banks from the EU, the USA and the UK jurisdictions in connection with their litigations in Russia.
We mainly participate in legal proceedings, which arise from disputes related to M&A transactions, corporate governance matters, collection proceedings under pledges / mortgages and guarantees. However, we also have experience in tax proceedings and bankruptcy cases.
